On April 8, 2008, Governor Granholm signed Public Act Nos. 90 and 91 of 2008. The Governor's signing of these two acts is the culminationof MAR's hard fought efforts to obtain the enactment of what is commonly known as the Agency Responsibilities Act (the "ARA").

Printed Profile Forms Discontinued

Realcomp has discontinued offering the printed MLS profile and status change forms. The decision to discontinue offering the printed forms was made for several reasons, including:
