As a result of Realcomp’s Business Plan Initiative to provide a statewide public records database to members, Realcomp is happy to announce the incorporation of six (6) additional counties into the public records data module in Realcomp Online^®. This expansion is a result of Realcomp’s commitment to build a solid Public Records infrastructure, so as REALTOR^® needs expand in Michigan markets, we can assist members with the necessary tools to provide the best possible service to Michigan buyers and sellers.

The six (6) counties include Allegan, Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Clinton and St. Joseph and are now available in the MLS system. All counties contain a land file; property address, taxpayer address, type of property, land use, school district, MLS area number, taxable value, SEV value and homestead. In addition, Barry, Allegan and Clinton have a significant amount of property descriptive data such as; square footage. Branch, Calhoun and St. Josephs property descriptive data is limited to the acres field. Also, associated deeds should be added to these databases in the very near future.

Additionally, the Public Record Data will be fully integrated with our coming iLOOKABOUT StreetScape™ service, which will provide REALTORS^® with enhanced digital photos of every publically accessible property in the following five (5) counties: Wayne, Oakland, Livingston, St. Clair and Macomb. 3-D modeling, drive by and other state of the art image viewing technologies will be integrated with Realcomp Online®, MoveInMichigan.com, and Realcomp Mobile® (MLS access via handheld devices) systems. Image capture has begun with completion expected within three (3) years.
