In addition to the Realist program being revamped to no longer use Adobe Flash, the following enhancements were also added:

Propensity to List – Realist Sell Score – Search Attribute

The Propensity to List (Realist Sell Score) is a 0 to 1000 rating that predicts the relative likelihood a property will be listed for sale in the next 6 months. The Sell Score has been available as a display attribute in the property detail report as part of the Realist 2020 launch. With this newest Realist release, CoreLogic is now making the sell score available as a searchable attribute through “My Search–Customize Search”. To filter results based on this attribute, follow these steps:

• Login to Realist and navigate to My Search
• Next, click on the “Customize Search” link under My Search
• The “Customize Search” window/modal should open up
• Navigate to the “Sales Information” tab
• Look for the “Sell Score” attribute
• Check the box next to “Sell Score” to add the attribute to the selected attributes list
• Click on the “Apply” button to save and search searching or Click on “Save” to save it to a search template

Agents can use the following search operators to search the sell score:

• “Is” operator to search for a specific sell score value. For example, for properties with an “Is” score of 900.
• “Is Between” operator to search for a specific sell score range between the from and to value entered. For example, properties with sell score “Is Between” 900 and 950.
• “Starts With” operator to search based on the starting value. For example “Starts With’ 900.
• “Is Greater Than” operator to search for values greater than the value entered. For example, “Is Greater Than” 899, to search for properties with a sell score at 900 and above.
• The following are ratings established for the Sell Score attribute:
  • Very High (831 - 1000)
  • High (625 - 830)
  • Moderate (502 - 624)
  • Low (354 - 501)
  • Very Low (0 - 353)
  
  Please note: The Sell Score will also be available as an attribute to be added to the grid and card view. This is coming soon.

Benefits: The ability to search for properties using the Sell Score is immensely powerful. The Sell Score is built using CoreLogic’s robust and powerful Propensity to List model, now adapted to predict the “likelihood” that a property will be listed for sale in the next 6 months. With the Sell Score now being a searchable attribute, agents have access to a powerful data point to quickly search and target – for example – properties with “high” or “very high” sell score values. This data point is important for agents, especially for zeroing in on prospecting opportunities, and developing their marketing list to include homeowners who are more inclined to list their property.

Map–Clear All Button

The previous Flash version of Realist had a “clear all” button on the map that removes all active layers and boundaries, as well as shapes drawn by the user, with just one click. With this Realist release, we are re-introducing the “clear all” button to quickly allow the user to clear the map instantly with a click of a button.
