SECURITY = ELECTRONIC LOCKBOXES: Sentrilock Electronic Lockboxes are available at no additional charge for Realcomp Subscribers. Realcomp has reciprocal agreements in place with many MLSs and REALTOR® Associations in Michigan. Access to the lockboxes is integrated with our showing software, allowing listing agents to manage REALTOR® access to the lockboxes based on approved appointments.

Please review the list of 2024 Shareholder Boards below. If your board is on the list, you are already affiliated with a board that will continue with Realcomp after January 1, 2024. This means that you may continue using your Realcomp issued SentriLock Lockboxes and will not experience any disruption to your MLS services.
