Are You a World Traveler? Know the List of Countries that are Blocked by Our MLS System Vendors

Did you know? Realcomp’s MLS system vendors (i.e., Cotality [aka CoreLogic] and ICE) typically block product access to MLS Subscriber users and consumers (when applicable) in specific countries based on security protocols that have been mandated or advised by various US Government agencies.

Our vendors also restrict the use of their software/services to users in countries which require disclosure of Intellectual Property, prohibit the use of VPN services, that are located where National Data Harvesting is common, or that are located where Information Security risks are at a level which might jeopardize the integrity of client data or Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) type consumer data.

These countries are listed below, along with the specific reasons if provided by the vendor:

As a part of their standard operating practices, our vendors continuously review cyber threats. These practices help to ensure compliance with mandated Federal policy. They also continuously monitor these policies and take appropriate actions as changes warrant.

Note: Using a Virtual Private Network (VPNs) may allow you access in some of these countries, but will not work in all cases.
