 This month, Realcomp makes iLOOKABOUT's StreetScape technology available to members to enhance your visual imagery experience with listings featured in Realcomp.

StreetScape technology brings the real world right to your screen! Its unique 180° X 180° perspective not only allows you to access dynamic panoramic views of properties catalogued and captured in our initial Streetscape database*, it also allows you to peruse the neighborhood, put things into the proper context, and view aspects of the property that were only available before by personally visiting it.

The new Streetscape technology means improved efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making for you and your clients!

*Realcomp's initial Streetscape database coverage map is shown below. Streetscape images have been captured in the areas highlighed in bright green:

The database coverage includes, for the most part, high density housing areas described as follows:

• Most of Macomb County
• Most of South and East Oakland County (the more rural north and west portions not covered)
• Much of Wayne County including Detroit and Downriver communities (less of the west side of the county, no coverage in Canton or Plymouth)
• Main cities in St. Clair County (like Port Huron) (rural areas not covered)
• Main cities in Livingston County (like Brighton and Howell) (rural areas not covered)
• Main cities in Genesee County (like Flint) (rural areas not covered)
• Main cities in Washtenaw County (like Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti) (rural areas not covered)

Not all properties in the above coverage areas could be included in our initial database. Realcomp continues to capture and catalogue new images for our Streetscape library, which will only continue to grow in the future in covering Southeast Michigan.
