Transaction Management offers unlimited document management, faxing, e-mailing, online storage, and more and is a chargeable Realcomp service at $18.00 per quarter. It takes 'going paperless' to the next level!

Transaction Management is comprised of the following tools:

  • Unlimited Fax & Email Hub for Documents to be able to fax and e-mail your digital documents to other parties anywhere anytime.
  • Digital Document Management for uploading, storing, accessing forms and documents through the Internet.
  • (New!) DocBox Print Driver option for quickly and easily uploading documents directly into the Transaction Management Service without having to login to the system.
  • (New!) DocBox2Go for accessing your files anytime, anywhere from any web-enabled Smart Phone.
  • Participant Management & Security Communication for sharing progress pertaining to the listing or sale with your "transaction participants" (i.e. customers, clients, cooperating agent, and others) through an online interface.
  • Notifications & Logging for sharing updates with participants via e-mail or text messages. Logging allows you to track your activities for each of your transactions.
  • Vendor Management & Service Ordering for storing all of your service provider information online and ordering services from them electronically through the application.
  • Transaction Searching & Reporting for keeping track of your activities and updating your broker on the status of each of your listings or sales.
  • Action/Activity Plans to use as a master checklist for all of the steps you need to perform regarding your listing or sale.
