Q: The agents in my office that use ShowingDesk would like to have the ability to get statistics representing the number of showings by price range in a designated area. This would be a great tool to have when discussing list price with our sellers. How can we go about this?
A: Great news, ShowingDesk does in fact offer this report and it’s called “Target Market Analysis”. Simply click on “Reports” and then scroll down to select and run this particular report.
While in this report format, you can search by price and area as seen below.
The report below is what displays.
