1  Launch performance improvement
Performance related to the initial launch of Realist is significantly improved by the upcoming release. We applied several methods to accomplish this result.

2  Enhanced property selector navigation
Navigation buttons have been added to the top of the property selector to more easily navigate through the list of search results. Click the left arrow to see the prior property on the list; click the right arrow to see the next property.

3  Improved modify feature
The dialog to modify report sections now remains open in order to make multiple selections more quickly. Simply check or un-check each section to display or suppress. When all selections have been made, move the mouse off the dialog window to close and save the revised settings.

4  Enhanced photo support and workflow
Maximum number of photos available via Realist increased from 25 to 35.

5  Enhanced subdivision search dialog
The subdivision search dialog has been further enhanced to automatically execute a “contains” search. The search limit has been increased from 50 to 100 entries per search.

6  New lender name search
It is now possible to search Realist for up to 50 specific lenders. Please note that the lender names are standardized, but reflect the exact name appearing on each recorded mortgage.

7  Enhanced neighborhood name search 
This dialog has been enhanced to use the same lookup dialog as lender name, which it makes it much easier to find and select neighborhood names to add to search criteria.

9  Added active school links to emailed, saved, and pdf printed neighborhood profile reports
The neighborhood profile report has been enhanced by maintaining the school linking function on reports that are emailed, saved, printed or emailed PDF. Clients receiving these reports will enjoy the instant ability to explore local school websites.

10  Added map layers, display and search fields for various customers
Based on requests from those using Realist, this latest release includes enhancements to specific map layers, search fields and display fields to bring a level of customization to our users that is unmatched in the market.
