How to Find Tax Information for a Property

Q: Could you please tell me where I can find current tax information for a specific property … taxpayer name, taxable value, state equalized value, homestead percentage, total taxes, etc. ?

A: While logged into the MLS, you can look up property tax information by selecting the PRD (which stands for Public Record Data) option from the menu bar and then selecting PRD County Search.

A second way to view PRD information for a specific listing is to click the PIN number while viewing a Full Report, from the MLS side of the system, or by clicking on the PRD icon on the listing.
