Realcomp Improves Enhancement Request Form

Along with implementing a brand new internal process for recording, analyzing, and tracking enhancement requests that are submitted to us by MLS Subscribers, Realcomp has also improved our online enhancement request form. You can access this form through the "Chat/Feedback" button which appears in the upper right-hand corner of the RCO3^® homepage.

Benefits of the new and improved form include:

• Less typing needed by the MLS Subscriber, since you no longer need to enter your personal information. The new form pre-fills this information from the MLS system.

• Your reply email address automatically pre-fills also. If you'd like your confirmation to be sent to a different e-mail address, you can easily edit this information.

• Attachments can now be uploaded through the form (i.e. sample screens). Providing us with a picture of what you'd like a screen to look like is always helpful to us.

• You will receive an immediate reply confirming your enhancement has been received by Realcomp.

We encourage you to use this form whenever you want to submit a suggestion that you believe can benefit a majority of MLS Subscribers.
