Reminder: MLS Access for Personal Assistants Now Available

MLS Subscribers with personal assistants who need access to the MLS can now register for these accounts. Each subscriber can have up to two (2) personal assistant accounts per the options listed below:

Free Personal Assistant (FPA) – The subscriber will be allowed to register their unlicensed assistant who will then be able to use the login credentials of the subscriber to access the MLS when the subscriber is not logged in (maximum of one).

Paying Personal Assistant (PPA) – The subscriber will be allowed to register their unlicensed assistant(s) who will then be given their own login credentials which will allow them to access the MLS whether or not the subscriber is currently logged in. The fee for this type of access is $42 per month for each access (maximum of two), billed quarterly directly to the MLS subscriber.

One Free Personal Assistant and one Paying Personal Assistant (maximum of two total).

To register for unlicensed personal assistant accounts, be sure to complete our new online application form. Access this form through this website by clicking on "Links", "Agent Links", and "Assistant Access" or clicking: https://realcomp.moveinmichigan.com/Links/AgentLinks/AssistantAccess.aspx.

Upon submission of the form, the Designated REALTOR^®/Broker Owner of your office will be notified by e-mail of your request and will need to provide his or her approval for the issuance of these accounts.

The issuance of these accounts will help to ensure the MLS system is accessed by authorized parties only. If unauthorized system usage is detected, e-mail messages, on-screen alerts, forced password changes, and further remediation efforts will be initiated.
