Version 1.31 of the REALTORS Property Resource Recently Released

According to RPR's release notes from June 20, 2014, the REALTORS Property Resource was upgraded to include the following enhancements:

1) Annual renewal of assistant accounts

RPR users in most partner MLSs can have up to three assistant accounts with the same privileges as the main account-holder. Starting with this release, the primary user will be asked to renew each assistant account annually to ensure accuracy and validity.

You can renew your assistant account via a pop-up reminder that you will see, when you log in, as you approach the renewal date. Or you can renew the account from your Profile page. Assistant accounts will be set to expire on the next one-year anniversary date of their creation.

2) Report performance and MLS data feeds

This release includes improvements to our report generation process to improve speed and efficiency. We never want to keep you waiting for your reports. We have also upgraded the process by which we receive and process MLS data. We are striving for data quality and completeness, and to minimize any lags between your MLS and RPR.

3) Logged-out homepage

It was time to freshen up our front porch. Today we welcome Lloyd, the RPR canine, and new content links to the RPR homepage.

4) Coming Soon

RPR has completed alpha testing for iOS and is starting beta testing a mobile application suite for the iPhone, and alpha testing for the Android operating system. More information will be available after the testing is complete.

RPR is also working on enhancing public records data feeds and the range of data displayed on the website.

For more detail and support, please review the articles here in the RPR Knowledge Base or contact the Help Desk at (877) 977-7576. We welcome your feedback directly from the RPR website (click the “Live chat” link on any page) or by calling the Help Desk.
