Q: I am the Broker of my office, and I would like my office assistant to have access to my speed bar shortcuts, grid layout for searches, and more. How do I accomplish this?
A: Great question! The easiest way to accomplish this is to set your assistant up as part of your team in RCO3®.
Not only can Brokers do this with their Office Assistants, but Agents can do this with other Agents, and so on! This functionality gives you access to shortcuts, reports, contacts, auto e-mails, CMAs, etc. for your team mate(s). It allows you to work on their behalf.
Life applications for setting up a team could include these scenarios:
• You plan to take a vacation and reconnect with your family. You’ve asked an associate to handle your business while you’re away.
• You need to be away from the office for an extended period due to a hospital stay and/or recuperation time.
• You plan to be away from your business for the birth or adoption of a baby.
• You want to be there when your daughter or son goes off to college on the other side of the state.
• You need time away from your business to help your elderly parent get things in order to move to a retirement village.
