Recent consumer research reveals that approximately 97% of consumers want to access Property History information. The great news for Realcomp REALTORS® is that Property History information is readily available to you through RCO3® and can be shared with your clients.
To access this type of information for properties in the MLS, once you have selected a listing, choose either of the following reports from the “Display” drop-down selection:
- “Full Large w/ Prop History & Rollouts” –or–
- “Full Large w/ Rollouts Except Addl Photos” (if you do not wish to include all additional photos with the report)
Then scroll down the page and click the “Property History” section to view the MLS history associated with that particular property (sample shown below).
Note: The two (2) reports that provide Property History also provide Listing Agent and Listing Office information. We understand you may not want to send reports to your clients that contain this type of information.
To work around this, simply grab a screen shot of the Property History information by holding down your “ALT” key and pressing the “Print Screen” key. Then paste the screen capture image into a Word document or an image editor to save the file before sending it to your client.
