Pending Listings in IDX Feeds

Effective January 5, 2016, NAR will require MLSs to display pending listings in IDX feeds. The resolution states that “non-confidential pending sale listing data” will now be available in all IDX data feeds. As such, Realcomp will be adding the "pending date" field to our IDX feeds by that date in order to stay in compliance with NAR
