Q: How do I access the median age of homes in a specific area?

Thanks for your question! This information is available to Realcomp Subscribers through our Realist product. Simply follow these steps:

1.  Choose the "Realist Tax" module from the menu bar at the top of the RCO3 system.
2.  At the left side of the screen, enter your desired Zip Code and start your search for properties within that area.
3.  If there are more than 1,000 matches for the Zip Code you entered, you will have an option to "Show the First 1,000". Select that option to display a few matches for that area.
4. Select the "View Reports" option (which will appear below your list of matches).
5. Select the "Neighborhood Profile" option (from the top of the screen).
6.  The Median Dwelling Age will be listed under the "Housing" section of the report.
