During their March meeting, the Realcomp Board of Governors approved the following motions:

•   A MOTION was made, SECONDED and CARRIED to release sold data (i.e. sale price and sale date) to Realtor.com for the purpose of displaying that data as part of the REALTOR^® Profiles on the site.

•   A MOTION was made, SECONDED and CARRIED to include the selling office and selling agent in the sold data being released to Realtor.com so the sales can be attributed to the selling side of the transaction (in addition to the listing side) in the REALTOR^® Profiles.

As soon as this data has been added to your Realtor.com profiles, we will be sure to share this news with you. Not only will your on-market properties appear on the map that's attached to your REALTOR^® Profile, but your sold listings (2 years back) will appear on your profile as well. Additionally, be sure to register for and attend Realcomp’s Tools of the Trade REALTOR^® Expo on Thursday, April 28, 2016 in Dearborn to benefit from the "Top Ten Tech Tips in Record Time" power presentation being given by Kristi Kennelly of Move/Realtor.com.

•   A MOTION was made, SECONDED and CARRIED to reduce the access fee currently being charged for Personal Assistant accounts from $39 per month to $10 per month and begin charging this as of June 1st for the third quarter billing.

Realcomp REALTORS^® who currently have personal assistants registered with Realcomp have already been notified of this particular benefit.
