Spring Cleaning for Your Listings

As we head into another busy and successful Spring selling season, please remember that Pending and Sold listings should be changed in RCO3^® as soon as the status change becomes official.

When listings are not updated in a timely way, showings continue to be scheduled and showings continue to be held only for showing agents and buyers to be informed of the unavailability of the properties. This is a very frustrating situation that is often reported to Realcomp this time of year.

Avoid charges and help keep RCO3^® accurate by changing the status of your listings as soon as these listing milestones are official.
