Listing Withdrawn or Expired? Client Up for Grabs? Better Investigate!

Not necessarily! Before soliciting sellers of Withdrawn and/or Expired listings, you’re going to want to do some important sleuthing to make sure the sellers have not already re-listed the property with the same or a different REALTOR^®. Taking time to do an address search (i.e. using the first few letters of the street name and an asterisk*) in RCO3^® to find out the true current status of the property could save you time, frustration, and from possibly being cited for a Code of Ethics violation.
