Realcomp Implements New Concierge Service for Updating Agent Contact Information!


For some time now, we have been aware of how inconvenient it has been for MLS Subscribers to update their contact information in Realcomp and all of our various integrated software products. Up until recently, Realcomp maintained a tip sheet containing several pages of the various places MLS Subscribers should go (i.e. ShowingTime, etc.) to make a simple email address change. However, all of that has been improved for the better!

MLS Subscribers can now make changes to your contact information once, in one place (on Realcomp’s corporate website), and leave the rest (updating the other websites and integrated software products) up to us! We’ll now make the rest of the updates for you!
 
Getting Started: To update your contact information (i.e. email address, primary phone, website, etc.) simply login to Realcomp’s corporate website (Realcomp.MoveInMichigan.com) with your Realcomp ID and password and choose “Links” and “Agent Links” (shown below).
 


This will take you to the Agent Settings page (shown below), where you can make your desired contact information and/or photo updates. 



After doing this, you will need to click “Save Information” at the bottom to send your requested changes to Realcomp. You will then be directed to the Application Settings page (shown below).



Here, you will need to tell us which of our sponsored websites/integrated products should be updated with the new/changed information you provided.

The first two applications listed near the top of the page are automatically selected by default. The rest are listed as options. Once you have chosen the websites/integrated products that should be updated (by clicking the appropriate checkboxes), click the “Submit” button. Realcomp will then be notified. We’ll promptly apply the new information you have provided to the appropriate Realcomp-sponsored websites and integrated products and let you know when those updates have been completed.

Our goal in providing this particular service to Realcomp Subscribers is to streamline and simplify this process for you! Please let us know your thoughts on this improvement by emailing our Customer Care Department at support@realcomp.com
