W&R Studios Improves Cloud Streams with Weekly Metrics Recap, Reformatted Email Alerts, and Much More!

W&R Studios has been actively improving the Cloud Streams product over the last few weeks, which now includes the following cool features:

Improvements for MLS Subscribers:

Agents now get a preview of a new stream before you click to send it to your client. This allows you to check the stream and edit your criteria, if necessary.

MLS Subscribers with Cloud Streams activity during the past week will receive an email with a summary report (shown below) of their activity metrics. These will be emailed every Tuesday. This provides a nice neat recap of the weekly activity that has occurred.

All property detail pages shown to the MLS Subscriber/agent now include buttons to allow for the easy creation of a Cloud CMA or Property Report using the current listing data (shown below).

Improvements for Clients:

Users can like the property with one-click right from the email, and the agent’s contact information is more visible and actionable.

Clients will no longer receive "Photos were updated" notification emails. It was reported that these emails were too frequent and did not add value.

Client emails are now labeled as coming from the MLS Subscriber, (in addition to Cloud Streams).

The Cloud Streams property alert emails have been redesigned so it's clearer what exactly happened with each property. Old and new email alert formats are shown below.
