Listing Documents on Pending and Sold Listings to be Accessible for 12 Months


A recently passed MOTION by Realcomp’s Board of Governors has extended the availability of listing attachments on Pending and Sold listings. Previously, listing attachments were automatically removed from listings in the Pending and Sold statuses. However, now, the attachments continue to be available for up to twelve (12) months from the date that the listing is updated to either of these statuses.

As the Listing Agent/Broker, you continue to have the ability to remove listing attachments from your listings, as you deem appropriate. If you do nothing, these documents will remain accessible to MLS Subscribers for one (1) full year.
