RCO3® & Restricted Words

A new feature has been added to the RCO3^® listing input module. This feature takes into account a list of normally restricted words/phrases and prevents those words from being entered into you’re the fields of your listing in the RCO3^® MLS system.

Our system cannot determine context of the key words and phrases though, so it alerts you when there is a potential word or phrase that needs to be reviewed. If the information appears to be compliant, then all you need to do is click on "Submit Listing" again to make the listing active.
