OneHome™ is the new client portal for RCO3®/Matrix™ that helps you collaborate with clients and remain at the center of their home search. OneHome™ replaces the existing RCO3®/Matrix™ Client Portal on December 5, 2022 @ 9 pm. Note: Although, the new user interface means no significant changes for MLS Subscribers, noteworthy enhancements apply to the client side of the application that you will want to be up to speed on.

Visit the Matrix Learning Lab (shown below) to familiarize yourself with the features of OneHome, how it connects into Matrix, video tutorials, FAQs, and more. The Matrix Learning Lab is now available from the RCO3®/Matrix™ Home Page.
Give your clients a heads up that OneHome will be replacing the old RCO3®/Matrix™ client portal on December 5, 2022 @ 9 pm. You will find an email template for clients in the Matrix Learning Lab, along with several videos. Share this client-specific video, which provides a brief walk-through of OneHome.

OneHome is web-based with a mobile-first responsive design that automatically resizes to any device. OneHome can be accessed conveniently with any major Internet browser available on your device (it’s not an app that needs to be downloaded).
