Remine Add-Edit Fixes & Enhancements Installed Evening of 10-24-22
The first enhancement we want to share with you includes a summary of the data fields that need to be addressed on a listing that is being edited or entered. This has been added to more succinctly communicate the issues that still need to be resolved for the listing to be successfully saved or submitted.
Previously, required information warnings displayed next to each applicable field (shown below in figure 1). However, a View Errors button is now available at the bottom of the Dates and Status page which provides users with a summary of the missing fields (shown below in figure 2).

To provide the missing information, you will continue to go to the applicable pages for each missing field by clicking those with the red dots.
Also, when all required fields have been addressed, this will be made clearer by the display of a primary thumbnail photo on the Dates and Status page (shown below in figure 3).

Another fix we want to make you aware of involves allowing MLS Subscribers to edit various fields on your listings. Here are the types of edits that can be made according to the listing statuses:
Additionally, these issues have been corrected:
Previously, listing agents could not enter themselves as the selling or co-selling agent on their sold listings. However, when you represent both sides of the transaction, now you can.
The open house description field now allows up to 1,000 characters to prevent a data flow issue.
Virtual Tours are successfully appearing on copied listings.
Multi-Family listings are able to be successfully copied.
The green fields and green verification cards successfully copy onto new listings.
