MiRealtors Forms Updates

MIRealtors has revised forms in the Michigan forms folder. These new forms are available in Docs+. The updates have also been sent to TransactionDesk (not yet published).

MiRealtors is replacing:

Forms A (Purchase Agreement), B (Listing Agreement/Traditional), and BB (Listing Agreement/Designated Agency) in the library with revised forms.

MiRealtors is also adding two new forms:

HH (a new SDA exemption acknowledgement form) and a Seller Financing Addendum (SF-A).
