Are You Aware that Partial Save Listings Have a Temporary Lifespan of 30 Days?
The Partial Save listing status is a convenient tool for MLS Subscribers that enables you to pre-load your listings into the MLS system, ensuring they are primed and prepared for publication when you and your sellers are ready to publish.
However, the Partial Save listing status is only a temporary status within the Realcomp MLS system. When a Partial Save listing remains unchanged for 30 days, our system clean-up tool recognizes it as dormant and automatically removes it to maintain the integrity of the listing database.
If you find yourself needing to extend the Partial Save status of your listing beyond the 30-day limit, simply make a minor data adjustment (i.e., such as a change in the remarks) and save it again. Then, keep this cycle going every 30 days until you're ready to activate the listing. To ensure you never miss a beat, Realcomp sends friendly email reminders close to the 25th day, nudging you to make a quick data adjustment and prevent any potential listing loss.
Switching the listing status to Active or Coming Soon resolves the issue completely of the listing being removed.
