Realcomp and the Miami REALTORS® MLS Announce Data Sharing Partnership Coming Soon!

Miami REALTORS® MLS, the second largest MLS in the state of Florida, and Realcomp II Ltd, the largest MLS in Michigan, have entered into an agreement that will bring the two significant real estate markets closer together.

The Miami MLS signing is Realcomp’s second national partnership via IntraMatrix follows the recent launch of data sharing with Georgia’s First MLS (FMLS).

When this data sharing opportunity launches (May 2024), Realcomp MLS Subscribers will be able to access Miami MLS listings using the RCO3®/Matrix system (and vice versa, Miami REALTORS® will be able to access Realcomp listings through their system). This data sharing agreement creates a widespread referral network between the two organizations with no new fees or extra costs to brokers or agents.

This partnership will bring over 84,000 real estate professionals closer together, with the ability to serve hundreds of thousands of consumers in the years to come.
