Access by Appointment Feature of the SentriLock Lockboxes

Access by Appointment (ABA) is a function of the SentriLock lockboxes that allows access to the property only when the showing agent has an accepted appointment in Showing Time.

The REALTOR requests the appointment through Showing Time, as usual. The appointment is then confirmed by the listing agent or homeowner. The lockbox will only open for that agent at that scheduled time, with a 15-minute leeway before and after the scheduled time.

The Access by Appointment feature must be manually enabled on your listings. (It is not automatic). To do this, be sure to follow these TIP SHEET instructions.
