NAR Settlement Compliance Update
Realcomp extends our sincere gratitude for your support during this transformative period in our industry, as a result of NAR’s settlement agreement. We are happy to report a high level of compliance since the implementation of the mandated changes.
As we move forward, it is important that we are all aware the lead prosecutor in the Sizter/Moerhl case has publicly stated that they will be closely monitoring NAR and REALTOR® organizations nationwide, including MLSs, to ensure proper implementation of the NAR Settlement Practice Changes. Therefore, continued compliance over the next 7 years is crucial for the successful adoption of these new policies.
