Important Notification: Absence of Signatures in Documents Downloaded from Remine Docs+

Realcomp has recently become aware that some transactions downloaded from Remine Docs+ are missing signatures. We have promptly informed Remine, and they are actively working on a resolution.

If you have already begun downloading your documents/transactions from Docs+, we highly recommend that you review them to ensure all necessary signatures are present. Should you find any missing, you may need to download them again once the issue is resolved. If you have not yet started downloading, it may be prudent to delay this task until a solution is implemented and you have been notified.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused but want to promptly update you on the situation.

Update from 4/4/25 at 2:49 p.m.:

• The above general message was sent to ALL Realcomp Subscribers today.
• If you don't or have never used Remine Docs+ for managing your transactions or sending documents out for electronic signatures, you can disregard the message. It won't affect you.
• If you do or have used Remine Docs+ and you have downloaded your transactions (to prepare for our upcoming cutover to SkySlope), you will want to review those PDFs to see whether any signatures are missing. Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure is to open and review each PDF (that you downloaded) to see if the signatures are present.
• You may find that all of your documents are displaying correctly with the proper signatures, only some are, or that none are. Each one will need to be reviewed individually.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to provide MLS Subscribers with MLS numbers, addresses, or transaction names to point you to the ones that may have been problematic.
