Exciting New Data-Sharing Partnership Brings Expanded Opportunities to Realcomp Subscribers

We are excited to announce that Realcomp II Ltd. has signed a new data-sharing agreement with Northwest MLS (NWMLS), uniting two major real estate markets and expanding opportunities for Realcomp subscribers. This marks Realcomp’s third national data-sharing collaboration through our Matrix/IntraMatrix platform, enhancing the power and reach of our MLS network.

Connecting Over 44,000 Real Estate Professionals

This new partnership connects over 44,000 real estate professionals from across the country. NWMLS supports over 2,500 offices and more than 30,000 brokers in the Seattle, Washington area, while Realcomp serves nearly 14,700 subscribers in Michigan. The collaboration creates a vast new network of professionals, enabling Realcomp subscribers to connect with a broader pool of listings, market data, and referral opportunities.

A Wealth of New Opportunities for Realcomp Subscribers

“We’re expanding our MLS reach with NWMLS, creating new opportunities for our subscribers to grow and succeed,” said Karen Kage, CEO of Realcomp II Ltd. “This partnership opens doors to valuable resources, including access to additional listings and market data that will allow our subscribers to better serve clients across a wider region.”

This partnership follows similar agreements with Miami REALTORS® SEFMLS and Georgia’s FMLS, further strengthening Realcomp’s national MLS network. These partnerships empower Realcomp subscribers with more tools to meet the evolving needs of today’s real estate market.

Seamless Access to Listings and Referral Networks

For Realcomp subscribers, the new data-sharing agreement offers seamless access to listings across both Realcomp and NWMLS platforms. Matrix subscribers can now search and access listings from both MLSs at no additional cost, creating a powerful referral network without any extra fees. This expanded access enables Realcomp subscribers to offer their clients more options and create new business opportunities with colleagues across state lines.

“By working together, Realcomp and NWMLS are fostering cooperation and transparency within the industry, which directly benefits our subscribers and the consumers they serve,” Kage added.

Effective Immediately

The data-sharing agreement is effective immediately, giving Realcomp subscribers the ability to leverage this new resource right away. We are excited about the new opportunities it brings to our subscribers and are confident that it will enhance your business in significant ways. Whether you're looking to expand your referral network, access additional listings, or gain deeper market insights, this partnership gives you the tools to grow.

We encourage all our subscribers to take full advantage of this exciting new development. The expanded network, improved access to data, and new referral opportunities will provide a major boost to your real estate business and help you deliver even more value to your clients.
