Realcomp is making a number of changes to the IDX and VOW data feeds as of October 26, 2015.
1. IDX: A new RETS feed has been created that includes sold related information for inclusion in IDX displays. The new IDXSOLD feed is an exact replica of the IDX feed except for the addition of the 4 new fields shown in the list below. Please note, only the primary photo may be displayed on a sold listing.
2. IDX: We are also making other changes to the IDX and IDXSOLD feed layout including the removal and addition of many other fields as shown in the tables below.
3. VOW: VOW field changes have actually already taken place. You have new fields including the DownPaymentResourceYN available to you now.
4. IDX and VOW: If you are using the RETS GetObject function to retrieve photos you will now have a new option available to you. There is a new ExtraLargePhoto size available for export. It is 1024x768. Historical photos will not be available in this size. Only those photos uploaded to the MLS after October 1 will have this new larger size.
5. IDX and VOW: If you weren’t already aware you can now use the RETS GetObjectLocationURL to get photo URLs instead of having to download and store all the photos.
6. IDX and VOW: You now have the option to integrate Down Payment Resource into your IDX and VOW displays. Information on integrating DPR can be found following the field notes below.
7. IDX and VOW: Realcomp has partnered with ListTrac to provide our subscribers with real-time online analytics related to their listings. Realcomp is requiring that the ListTrac monitoring code be included in the listing detail page of all IDX displays. Please register using the following link: http://realcomp.listtrac.com/admin/register. After logging in, you will be directed to a “Developers” area that guides you through the implementation steps. If you have any technical questions related to the implementation, please contact ListTrac directly at support@listtrac.com.
8. IDX and VOW: Coming in late 2015 per the National Association of REALTORS® mandate, Realcomp will be adding the option of switching to a RETS feed using the RESO Data Dictionary 1.4 fields. As we have so many more fields than currently in the RESO Data Dictionary, we will continue to make our current IDX and VOW data feeds available to you in their most currently revised formats. Therefore when this RESO Data Dictionary version 1.4 feed becomes available, you will have the option to switch over to it or continue using the current feed. We will provide you with further information on this as it becomes available.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact IDXSupport@Realcomp.com.

DPR IDX Setup Instructions
|
Down Payment Resource (DPR) can easily be enabled on IDX search sites, allowing consumers to see which properties are eligible for homebuyer programs and providing IDX site owners a new way to educate and connect with potential buyers!
To do so, IDX vendors or site administrators can identify the Down Payment Resource Y/N data field in RETS, and display the DPR graphic provided by the Agent on all eligible listings (DPR=Y), hyperlinked as follows:
The base format for DPR links appearing on eligible listings on IDX sites is:
www.workforce-resource.com/dpr/listing/MFRMLS/listing_id?w=Consumer
where listing_id is the listing’s MLS number.
To enable delivery of lead emails to the IDX site owner:
An additional URL parameter must be provided. The preferred option is:
&agent=agent_id
where agent_id designates an agent record that can be retrieved from RETS. The lead email will be sent to the email address from the specified record, and the email address and phone number from that record will be included in the confirmation email sent to the prospect.
As an alternative, the destination address for the Agent’s lead email may be given explicitly using the following parameter:
&lead_email=email_address
In this case, the phone number to be included in the confirmation email (if any) may be provided by appending the following parameter (if omitted, no Agent phone number will be included in the confirmation email to the consumer):
&lead_phone=phone_number
Lead emails generated by DPR from this workflow identify the host name of the site that linked to DPR. By default, the host name is extracted from the URL of the page that contained the link to DPR (more specifically, from the Referrer header in the HTTP request).
For website owners that wish to override this default (or that do not provide a value for the Referrer header), the following parameter may be appended to the URL:
&origination_site=hostname
