The most valuable site for RETS information is www.reo.org. They have tons of information about RETS including resources for developers.

Realcomp's RETS server is compliant with the 1.8 specification and will support RETS clients of 1.5, 1.7.2, and 1.8.

Realcomp will provide support to the extent of the accuracy, timeliness, and delivery of data to our RETS server. All downloading, storage, and programming are the RETS user’s responsibility.
